The challenge
A working distribution warehouse doesn't stop moving product for construction. The scope here — new access stairs, a catwalk, railings, and reinforcing the existing roof trusses — had to be fabricated to fit an active facility's existing structure, not a clean-slate build.
What we built
M&R Welding fabricated and installed steel stairs and a catwalk for elevated access, along with the railings required to make both code-compliant, then reinforced the facility's roof trusses to carry the added load. Fabrication work like this is done largely off-site and fit to the building's existing structure on install, which keeps the warehouse's day-to-day operation running through the project.
