Rebar Installation & Welding
We installed and welded the rebar for all four floors of the Paycom building in Grapevine — on the general contractor's schedule, floor by floor, with no gap that held up the next pour.
What this covers
Rebar installation is scheduling as much as it is welding: grids have to be tied and welded to spec ahead of each concrete pour, in sequence, without becoming the bottleneck for the trades behind you. On a multi-floor commercial job that means a crew that shows up ready to match the GC's pace, not one that needs the schedule built around it.
Materials & process
Rebar grids are welded and tied to structural spec using stick and MIG processes matched to bar size and position. We also handle the structural adjustments that come up mid-project — guard wall framing, elevator shaft modifications, and other changes flagged once the building is actually going up.
Typical applications
- Multi-floor commercial rebar installation
- Elevator shaft and guard wall structural framing
- Mid-build structural adjustments
- Foundation and slab reinforcement
