The challenge
A water park doesn't get a quiet off-season to do structural work — railings, ride platforms, and entry structures all have to hold up to daily crowds, constant moisture and sun, and pass ride-safety inspection, while the park keeps running. That leaves no room for weld quality that only looks good on install day.
What we built
M&R Welding fabricated and installed stainless steel guardrails and lighted railings around the park's ride queues and walkways, welded the structural steel for a stair-and-slide platform tower, and handled the on-site welding for a ride's steel seating frame and the entrance security-screening structure — work done at height on ride towers as well as at ground level, held to the same standard either way.
Materials
Stainless steel railing and guardrail stock; structural steel tube and angle for ride platform and tower framing.
